Multi uses rod binding thread

I had generally repaired my own rods in the past and had on occasion built the odd rod. This time I had no thread left and thought it an idea to get a few rolls just in case. As it turned out, I got hold of a couple of outrigger poles which I decided to renovate for the boat I am working on. The thread I bought was a great buy, given the size of the roll, and I thought maybe too much. Not so, as I have plenty for the poles which will look great when finished, and now, I am planning to knock up a few Snapper Snatcher type rigs as a project, and using the thread as the tying medium on these setups. More than happy with the purchase.
