Built with a flexible, high polished full tang blade made of Japanese stainless steel, the RCD Fillet Knife features a hande ground progessive taper that's ideal for filleting and removing rib bones from the fillets. Ergonomic, no slip Soft Grip handle has a safety finger guard for a secure and safe grip. Technical, high compression sheath holds the knife securely.

Laws impacting the sale of knives
and controlled items in Queensland

Regulations enforceable 1 September 2024

There are new laws coming into effect in Queensland from 1st September 2024 which
mean that knives and other items will be considered controlled items, and no longer available online to Queensland residents.

In due course we aim to implement an age verification process along with delivery
drivers or transport services to conduct ID checks during home delivery. Sales of knives will not be finalised until ID has been provided and verified.

Any knife order placed online for Queensland residents will be cancelled and refunded.
