Great reel for a beginner or the experienced angler plenty of guts to get in that nice trout or bass ( im a freshwater fisherman ) drag is super smooth as is the retrieval :) I'll gladly give this reel a 5 out of 5 definitely a quality reel , keep up the quality gear guys
