The Mustad 9555B is a standard by which modern baitholder hooks are assessed.

Coming in a nickle plated finish, these baitholder hooks have a turned down eye for easy rigging and hook sets and an offset beaked hook point for brilliant hook sets every time.

Two baitholder slices sit along the shanks outer edge providing a secure hold for soft baits and the 2x strong construction means you can chase bigger fish on heavy takle with these brilliant hooks.

I use these when fishing with dead baits on conjunction with Mustard Wide Gap Hooks by running this unbaited hook above the main hook with a piece of clear plastic aprox 10 ml to separate the two Quite often i hook up on the bait holder hook a lot more than the main hook When fishing with prawns i attach the prawn tail to the baitholder hook as the presentation is better and the prawn does not slide off main hook
