A dying breed. No longer being produced. A great hook for ganging after using side cutters to open the eye. More for the smaller western A pilchards or blue pilchards. No offset points so less bait spinning

Gang rig these hooks to a Citer Chin weight - usually 4-5 hooks - then attaching a large Tailor or wolf hearing to troll for big Mackerel. Top quality - never had a hook fail under pretty extreme pressure

Being a relatively small hook helps us match a set of 4 gangs to the smaller pilchard baits without losing hook strength. They are still the strongest hooks we have come across and we still use them after all these years. Can't say more highly than that :-)
